1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 09bd platform and its users ("you" or "member"). The 09bd.cam website is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides services to Bangladeshi users.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the 09bd.cam website and all its associated services.
• "Member" means any registered user who has created an account on 09bd.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

09bd may request documents to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Giving or sharing your login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 09bd support team immediately. 09bd will not be responsible for any loss caused by unauthorised use if you did not notify us in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Activity

• All account activity must be carried out solely by the account holder.
• Placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• 09bd may review accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Before withdrawing this bonus, wagering of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed.
• Each member is entitled to receive this bonus once only.
• After claiming the bonus it cannot be withdrawn separately — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account may be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
• 09bd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Gaming Environment

09bd uses SSL encryption and secure servers to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. Game outcomes are governed by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Gaming Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Members can set their own daily and weekly limits for deposits, bets and losses.
• Winnings or amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error are not valid — 09bd reserves the right to make corrections in such cases.

6.3 Gaming Etiquette

Disrespectful behaviour, offensive language or harassment directed at other members or dealers in live games is strictly prohibited. An offending member's account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

7 VIP Program

The 09bd VIP Program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on regular participation and gaming activity. VIP cashback is credited at a set time each week. 09bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program.

8 Responsible Gaming

09bd places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member may voluntarily suspend their account for a specified period. If this request is submitted to the support team, it will be actioned within 24 hours.

8.2 Setting Limits

Members can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits and bet limits. Once a limit is set, a 7-day waiting period is required to relax it, but tightening a limit takes effect immediately.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting loopholes (bonus arbitrage).

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Rights of 09bd

09bd may suspend or cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Provision of a false identity or false information.
• A security risk or technical issue.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Member Rights

You can close your account at any time by notifying the support team. After the account is closed, any withdrawable balance that meets the conditions will be returned to your registered payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

09bd strives to ensure uninterrupted service as much as possible, however 09bd is not responsible for the following:

• Games interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures of third-party payment systems.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Losses caused by a member's own negligence or security lapses.
• Service disruptions caused by cyberattacks or natural events.

09bd reserves the right to correct any winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to technical errors.

12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints Process

If you are dissatisfied with anything, please notify the 09bd support team first. Complaints can be submitted via live chat or email. The support team is active 24/7 in Bangladesh Standard Time.

12.2 Resolution Steps

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• Complex matters may require more time to investigate.
• 09bd's final decision will be considered part of the agreement.

13 Changes to Terms

09bd reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these rules and terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or notification in the case of important changes.
